Diagnostic Procedures

  1. Perform On-Board Diagnostic (OBD) system check. See ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK . After performing OBD system check, go to next step.
  2. Ensure battery is fully charged. Attempt to start engine. If engine starts, system is okay. If engine does not start, see appropriate ANTI-THEFT SYSTEMS article in ACCESSORIES & EQUIPMENT.
