Installation Procedure

Align the hood hinge to the fender.
NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
Install the hood hinge to fender bolts. Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

Install the hood. Refer to Hood Replacement .
Install the hood assist rod. Refer to Assist Rod Replacement - Hood .
Install the hood rear side seal to the hood. Refer to Seal Replacement - Hood Rear Side .
Adjust the hood, as required. Refer to Hood Adjustment .
