Instrument Panel Center Trim Plate: Installation

1. Install the instrument panel ashtray housing, if removed. Install the cigar lighter assembly, if removed. See CIGAR LIGHTER  . Connect the 2 cigar lighter electrical connectors and the instrument panel ashtray bulb socket.
2. Install the instrument panel accessory center trim plate (1) to the instrument panel assembly. Ensure the retaining clips are fully engaged. Install the instrument panel ashtray to the instrument panel ashtray housing by depressing the spring loaded tab. See Fig 1 .
