Front Floor Console: Removal

  1. Remove the radio. See RADIO  . Remove the instrument panel compartment. See INSTRUMENT PANEL COMPARTMENT  . Remove the instrument panel drivers knee bolster reinforcement. See KNEE BOLSTER  . Remove the floor rear console. See REAR FLOOR CONSOLE  .
  2. Remove the automatic transaxle control opening cover bezel. See Figure . Remove the 2 screws which secure the front floor console to the instrument panel assembly. Pull the front floor console rearward and up. Remove the front floor console from the vehicle.
