Removal & Installation

  1. Use small hooked tool and reach behind center trim panel at top of radio. Pull towards rear of vehicle to disengage center trim panel retainers. Remove center trim panel.
  2. Place shifter lever in neutral position. Open console door and lift upward on rear edge of console trim panel. Pull trim panel rearward. Disconnect harness connectors as necessary and remove console trim panel.
  3. Remove 4 screws attaching navigation display unit and A/C-Heater control panel bracket at top and bottom of bracket. Disconnect harness connectors and pull display and A/C-Heater control panel away from instrument panel with bracket.
  4. Remove nuts securing display or A/C-heater control panel to bracket. To install, reverse removal procedure. If display is to be replaced, remove mounting brackets and studs from display for installation on new display unit.
