Installation Procedure

  1. Install the driver information display to overhead console.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  2. Install the driver information display to overhead console screws.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the screws to 1 N.m (9 lb in).

  3. Install the overhead console. Refer to CONSOLE REPLACEMENT - OVERHEAD (SINGLE) or CONSOLE REPLACEMENT - OVERHEAD (DUAL) or CONSOLE REPLACEMENT - OVERHEAD (CF5) .
  4. Set the compass magnetic variation. Refer to Driver Information Center (DIC) Description and Operation .
  5. Calibrate the compass. Refer to Driver Information Center (DIC) Description and Operation .
