Installation Procedure

Position the wiper transmission assembly in the plenum chamber through the air inlet shroud upper panel openings.

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
Install the 6 bolts.
Tighten

Tighten the bolts to 89 N.m (71 lb in).

Install the transmission drive link socket to the wiper motor crank arm ball using the J 39529.
Install the air inlet grille panel. Refer to AIR INLET GRILLE PANEL REPLACEMENT .
Install the wiper arms. Refer to Wiper Arm Replacement .
