Installation Procedure

  1. Slide the module (2) up into the bracket (1) until the bottom clears the bracket and sits flush within the bracket.
  2. Connect the electrical connector.
  3. Install the driver side sound insulator. Refer to CLOSEOUT/INSULATOR PANEL REPLACEMENT - LEFT (LHD) or CLOSEOUT/INSULATOR PANEL REPLACEMENT - LEFT (RHD) or CLOSEOUT/INSULATOR PANEL REPLACEMENT - RIGHT (LHD) or CLOSEOUT/INSULATOR PANEL REPLACEMENT - RIGHT (RHD) .
  4. Program the theft deterrent system. Refer to Programming Theft Deterrent System Components .
