Installation Procedure

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.

Install the strap and bolt to engine block.
Tighten: Tighten bolt to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).
Lower the vehicle.
Install the nut to retain strap to frame.
Tighten: Tighten nut to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
Close the hood.
