Installation Procedure

  1. Position the wiper drive system module to the air inlet panel.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the wiper drive system module screws.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the screws to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  3. Install the wiper motor. Refer to WIPER MOTOR REPLACEMENT   .
  4. Install the cruise control and bracket. Refer to CRUISE CONTROL MODULE REPLACEMENT  in Cruise Control.
  5. Install the air inlet grille panel. Refer to AIR INLET GRILL PANEL REPLACEMENT  in Body Front End.
  6. Install the wiper arms. Refer to WIPER ARM REPLACEMENT   .
  7. Inspect the wipers for proper operation.
