Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the inflatable restraint steering wheel module. Refer to REMOVAL & INSTALLATION (DRIVER-SIDE)  in Airbag.
  2. Remove the steering wheel controls wire harness from the retainers in the steering wheel.
  3. Remove the steering wheel control switch by pushing on the back of the switch through the opening in the steering wheel.
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the steering wheel control switch.
