Installation Procedure

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  1. Install radiator support.
  2. Install the lower radiator mounting panel bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  3. Install the lower radiator mounting panel to the vehicle.

  4. Install the transmission cooler lines to the retaining clips on the lower radiator support.
  5. Install the close out panel.
  6. Lower the vehicle.
