Communication Center Call Transceiver Programming and Setup

This device requires no SPS programming or setup. However, if the module has been replaced, the following procedures are required:

Program the vehicle VIN number into the replacement part by making the following scan tool selections:
- Telematic Veh. Locate and Immo.
- Module Setup
- Program VIN
  If for some reason the Tech 2 can not read the VIN, you will have to manually enter the VIN.
After the VIN has been programmed into the module, the dealer will need to update the Brazil database with the new SIM number for the replacement part.
If the vehicle has been disabled, the dealer will need to call the Brazil government hotline to have the unit reset.
