Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
    2. Fig 1: Removing Muffler From Hangers

  2. Remove the muffler and resonator assembly from the intermediate or crossover pipe.
  3. Remove the muffler from the hangers.
