Removal Procedure

Remove the instrument panel extension trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel (I/P) Extension Trim Plate Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
Squeeze the fasteners on both sides of the remote compact disc player.
Pull out the remote compact disc player.

Disconnect the electrical connectors.
