Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page does not describe the selected car, but rather 8 other vehicles, including the 2004 GMC Yukon XL, 2004 GMC Yukon, 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe, 2004 Chevrolet Suburban, and 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

Allow the DVD screen to hang.
Connect the wire harness to the module.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the 2 module retaining screws (2).
Tighten: Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

Install the DVD player until the assembly retainer clicks in place.
Install the 4 retaining screws (1).
Tighten: Tighten the screws to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
