Installation Procedure

With the aid of an assistant, install the hood to the vehicle.

Align the hood hinges to the alignment marks on the hood.

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.

With the aid of an assistant, install the bolts to the upper hood hinge.
Tighten: Tighten the upper hood hinge bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
Adjust the hood as required. Refer to Hood Adjustment .
