Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable (1) from the negative battery post. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnect/Connect Procedure .
  2. Remove the negative battery cable bolt (2).
  3. Disconnect the sensor connection (3).
  4. Remove the ground cable from the vehicle, noting the routing for installation.
