Installation Procedure

  1. Position the fender to the front compartment side rail.
  2. Align the fender to the door and hood.
    3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the bolts to the fender.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  4. Slide the fascia into position and secure with the fascia to fender locking tabs.
  5. Install the fascia push-in retainers.
  6. Install the front wheelhouse liner. Refer to Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Front  .
  7. Install the rocker panel molding. Refer to Molding Replacement - Rocker Panel in Exterior Trim.
  8. Install the grill. Refer to Fascia Grille Replacement - Front Bumper - Upper in Bumpers.
  9. Install the headlamp. Refer to Headlamp Assembly or Headlamp Bulb Replacement in Lighting Systems.
