Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the plastic cover from the shoulder belt guide.
  2. Remove the front seat belt upper guide loop anchor nut.
  3. Remove the center pillar upper trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Upper Center Pillar in Interior Trim.
  4. Use the J 29843-9  in order to remove the bolts (3) from the shoulder belt guide adjuster bracket (1). See Special Tools .
  5. Remove the shoulder belt guide adjuster bracket (1) from the B-pillar (2).
