Installation Procedure

Position the retainer to the roof panel, ensure that the molded end of the rubber is located towards the front of the roof panel.
NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
Install the forward screw aligning the retainer fore and aft.
IMPORTANT: Stripped, broken, or improperly seated screws must be replaced or repaired to prevent water leaks.
Install the remaining screws.
Tighten: Tighten the side weatherstrip retainer screws to 3 N.m (27 lb in).
Install the roof panel.
