Preliminary Procedures Remove the steering wheel. Refer to Steering Wheel Replacement . Remove the steering column trim covers. Refer to Steering Column Trim Cover Replacement .
1	Inflatable Restraint Steering Wheel Module Coil Bolt (Qty: 4) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten: 1.5 N.m (13 lb in)
2	Inflatable Restraint Steering Wheel Module Coil Procedure: Disconnect any electrical connectors as needed. Tips Do not remove the centering tab from a new inflatable restraint steering wheel module coil until it has been installed or re-centering will be required. If re-centering of the inflatable restraint steering wheel module coil is needed then refer to Inflatable Restraint Steering Wheel Module Coil Centering .

Tips

Do not remove the centering tab from a new inflatable restraint steering wheel module coil until it has been installed or re-centering will be required.
