Installation Procedure

  1. Install the front brake shield (1).

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Install the front brake shield bolts (1) and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

  3. Install the front disc brake rotor (1). Refer to Front Brake Rotor Replacement (LFX) , Front Brake Rotor Replacement (L99, LS3) , Front Brake Rotor Replacement (LSA) .
  4. Install the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (w RT2) , Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (w/o RT2) .
