Circuit/System Verification
- Inspect the Radio/HVAC control buttons for signs of damage or foreign objects. Operate each of the Radio/HVAC control buttons and verify that the buttons have a smooth operation.
- If the buttons do not have a smooth operation, replace the Radio/HVAC control.
- Verify DTC 1023 is not set.
- If the DTC is set, clear the DTC. If the DTC resets, replace the Radio/HVAC control.
