WARNING: Refer to SIR Warning . Preliminary Procedures Disable the supplemental inflatable restraint (SIR) system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling . Remove the front sight shield. Refer to Front Compartment Front Sight Shield Replacement .
1	Inflatable Restraint Front End Sensor Adaptor Fastener CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten: 9 N.m (80 lb in)
2	Inflatable Restraint Front End Discriminating Sensor Nut Tighten: 9 N.m (80 lb in)
3	Inflatable Restraint Front End Discriminating Sensor Bracket (Qty: 2)
4	Inflatable Restraint Front End Discriminating Sensor Assembly (Qty: 2) Procedure Loosen the bolts and slide the sensor out of the keyhole slots. The bolts are integral to the sensor assembly and DO NOT remove separately. Tighten: 7.5 N.m (66 lb in)
