Front Side Door Latch Replacement

Preliminary Procedures: Remove the front side door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
1	Front Side Door Latch Screw (Qty: 3) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Procedures Remove the front side door water deflector. Disconnect the electrical connector. Release the front side door outside handle rod mechanism at shift linkage lever - clip. Release the front side door lock cylinder rod from the door latch. Tighten: 10 N.m (89 lb in)
2	Front Side Door Latch Procedure: Inspect the door latch system for proper operation.

Front Side Door Latch Screw (Qty: 3)

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Procedures

Remove the front side door water deflector.
Disconnect the electrical connector.
Release the front side door outside handle rod mechanism at shift linkage lever - clip.
Release the front side door lock cylinder rod from the door latch.

Tighten: 10 N.m (89 lb in)
