Set Up Steering Column Lock Control Module

Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF.
Connect a scan tool to the vehicle.
With a scan tool, select Vehicle Control Systems.
Select appropriate vehicle options.
Select Module Setup.
Select Steering Column Lock Module, or SCLM (Export Only).
Select SCLM Setup.
Follow the scan tool on-screen instructions.
