Installation Procedure

  1. Install the fuel tank filler pipe (1).

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Tighten hose clamp (3) to 4 N.m(35 lb in).
  3. Install the vent hose clamp (2) and vent hose.
  4. Tighten the filler pipe bracket fastener (1) to 9 N.m(89 lb in).

  5. Install the bracket fastener (1) and tighten to 9 N.m(89 lb in).
  6. Install the fuel filler door housing. Refer to Fuel Tank Filler Door Latch Housing Replacement .
