Installation Procedure

- Install the radiator outlet hose to the water pump outlet pipe.
- Install the radiator outlet hose clamp (1).
- Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement .
- Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
- Install the radiator outlet hose to the radiator.
- Install the radiator outlet hose clamp (1).
- Lower the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
