Preliminary Procedure: Remove the power steering pump. Refer to Power Steering Pump Replacement .
1	Power Steering Pump Pulley Procedure Use the J-25034-C: remover in order to remove the power steering pump pulley. Use the J-25033-C: installer in order to install the power steering pump pulley. Ensure the axial tolerance (a) of the power steering pump pulley on the power steering pump shaft is within 0.25 mm (0.010 in). Special Tools J-25033-C: Pulley Installer J-25034-C: Pulley Remover For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools .

Power Steering Pump Pulley

Procedure

Use the J-25034-C: remover in order to remove the power steering pump pulley.
Use the J-25033-C: installer in order to install the power steering pump pulley.
Ensure the axial tolerance (a) of the power steering pump pulley on the power steering pump shaft is within 0.25 mm (0.010 in).
