Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the throttle body wiring harness connector.
  2. Remove the charge air cooler outlet air hose from the throttle body. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Replacement .

  3. Remove the 4 throttle body fasteners (3).
  4. Remove the throttle body (3) along with the throttle body seal ring (1).
