Removal Procedure

If equipped, remove the battery cover.
Disconnect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .

Disconnect the 2 wiring harness plugs (4).
Remove the glow plug control module nut (1).
Pull the module forward at the top and slide upward out of the glow plug control module bracket.
