Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .

  3. Remove front compartment fuse block covers (1).

  5. Loosen the junction block bolts (1).
  6. Unclip the front compartment fuse block from the front compartment fuse block housing.

  8. Disconnect the positive battery cable (1).

  10. Remove the electrical connectors from the front compartment fuse block housing.
  11. Remove the windshield washer solvent container filler tube. Refer to Windshield Washer Solvent Container Filler Tube Replacement .
  12. Disconnect the wiring harness from the junction block base.
  13. Remove the junction block nut (1) from the block base.
  14. Remove the junction block base (2) from the inner wheelhouse.
