Installation Procedure

  1. Support the exhaust system with a suitable jack.
    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Install the exhaust hanger mounting bracket (1) to the vehicle.
  3. Install the exhaust hanger mounting bracket retaining nut (2) and tighten to 45 N.m (33 lb ft)
  4. Install the rubber insulators (3) by sliding them forwards over the barbed ends of the exhaust hanger mounting bracket.
  5. Lower the vehicle.
