Removal Procedure

  1. Open the fuel filler door and filler cap.
  2. Remove the fuel filler pipe upper bolts (1).
  3. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .

  4. Disconnect the fuel tank filler hose (3) and clamp.
  5. Disconnect the fuel tank vent pipe (2) and clamp.
  6. Remove the fuel tank filler pipe lower bolt (1).
  7. Remove the fuel tank filler pipe assembly (4).
