Wheel Alignment - Steering Wheel Angle and/or Front Toe Adjustment
- Ensure that the steering wheel is set in a straight ahead position and centered.
NOTE: Before performing any adjustments affecting the wheel alignment, refer to Wheel Alignment Measurement .
- Loosen the tie rod nut (5).
- Adjust the toe to specification. Refer to Wheel Alignment Specifications
- Tighten the tie rod nut (5).CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
Tighten
Tighten the tie rod nut (5) to 60 N.m (44 lb ft).
