Installation Procedure

Install the 2 NEW emission reduction fluid supply pump module seal rings (7).

Install the emission reduction fluid supply pump module (1) to the emission reduction fluid tank reservoir (5).
Install the 3 emission reduction fluid supply pump module bolts (2) and tighten to 5 N.m (44 lb in).
CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
Connect the emission reduction fluid exhaust front pipe injection supply pipe (4) at the emission reduction fluid supply pump module (1). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
Connect the 3 wiring harness plugs (3, 6) to the emission reduction fluid supply pump module (1).
Install the emission reduction fluid tank insulator - upper. Refer to Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Insulator Replacement - Upper .
