Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the engine sight shield. Refer to Engine Sight Shield Replacement .
  2. Remove the charge air cooler outlet air hose from the throttle body assembly. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Replacement .
  3. Disconnect the throttle body wiring harness plug.
  4. Remove the 4 throttle body bolts (4).

  5. Remove the engine sight shield bracket (3).
  6. Remove the throttle body (2).
  7. Remove and DISCARD the throttle body gasket (1).
