Preliminary Procedure  Driver or Passenger Seat Removal and Installation
1	Front Seat Belt Buckle Fastener CAUTION: Fastener Caution Procedure  Service may offer bolts without microencapsulated thread locking adhesive. If this is the case, apply thread locking adhesive to the bolt. NOTE: Selfcutting bolts, prevailing nuts must be replaced if loosened. Surrounding threads cleaned and GM released encapsulation/glue applied. Tighten  45 N.m (33 lb ft)
2	Front Seat Belt Buckle Wiring Harness Clip [2x] Procedure  Use a flat bladed plastic tool to remove.
3	Front Seat Belt Buckle Procedure  Disconnect the electrical connector.
