Preliminary Procedures

  1. Disconnect the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .
  2. Disconnect the mass airflow sensor electrical connector and disconnect the harness from the 2 retainers.
1 Air Cleaner Assembly

Procedure

  1. Remove the air cleaner housing from the retainers, while guiding the housing out of the inlet duct.
  2. Transfer parts as necessary.
