Radiator Outlet Pipe Replacement

Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove radiator upper mounting brackets to allow hand clearance between radiator outlet pipe and drivetrain and front suspension frame. Refer to Radiator Upper Mount Replacement .
2. Remove the front bumper fascia extension. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Extension Replacement .
3. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
4. Remove the radiator outlet hose from the radiator outlet pipe. Refer to Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement .

Procedure

1. Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
2. Inspect the cooling system for leaks.
