Installation Procedure

  1. Install the fuel tank filler pipe (1).

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Tighten hose clamp (3) to 4 N.m (35 lb in).
  3. Connect the vent hose (2). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
  4. Tighten the filler pipe bracket fastener (1) to 9 N.m (89 lb in).

  5. Install the bracket fastener (1) and tighten to 9 N.m (89 lb in).
