Installation Procedure

- Install the battery current sensor (2) onto the battery negative cable (1) as shown.
- Install the battery negative cable (2) to the frame rail and tighten the battery negative ground cable fastener (3) to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
- Connect the body harness connector (1) to the battery current sensor (2).
- Install the battery tray. Refer to Battery Tray Replacement .
- Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement .
- Install the battery. Refer to Battery Replacement .
