Position the front lower control arm on the vehicle. (3)
Front Lower Control Arm Rear Bolt - Install
Front Lower Control Arm Rear Nut - Install
Tighten the fasteners by hand.

Tighten the fasteners by hand.

Steering Knuckle Bolt - Install
Steering Knuckle Nut - Install
Tighten
1. First Pass: 37 N.m (27 lb ft)
2. Second Pass: Loosen 120 degrees
3. Third Pass: 30 N.m (22 lb ft)
4. Final Pass: (30-45 degrees)

Support the front lower control arm with a hydraulic jack and lift the control arm until the previously recorded measurement (p) is achieved.

Front Lower Control Arm Front Bolt - Tighten
Tighten
1. First Pass: 115 N.m (85 lb ft)
2. Second Pass: Loosen 720 degrees
3. Third Pass: 70 N.m (52 lb ft)
4. Final Pass: (90-105 degrees)

Tighten
1. First Pass: 80 N.m (59 lb ft)
2. Final Pass: (60-75 degrees)
Install the front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
Measure and adjust the wheel alignment. Wheel Alignment Measurement
