Installation Procedure

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  1. Install Engine Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket (3)
  2. Install Engine Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket Bolt (2) and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  3. Install Engine Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket Nut (1) and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)

  4. Install Engine Wiring Harness Assembly (2)@Engine Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket
  5. Install Body Wiring Harness Assembly (1)@Engine Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket

  6. Install Engine Wiring Harness Junction Block (2)
  7. Install Engine Wiring Harness Junction Block Bolt (1) and tighten 1.5 N.m (13 lb in)

  8. Install the battery positive cable nut (1) and the cable (2) to the engine wiring harness junction block assembly. Tighten the nut to 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

  9. Install Fuse Block Cover(1)
  10. Install Battery Battery Replacement 
  11. Connect Battery Negative Cable Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
