Installation Procedure

  1. Install the engine wiring harness junction block (1) to the bracket. Slide the locking bar rearward to lock the engine wiring harness junction block to the bracket.

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Install Engine Wiring Harness Nut. (1)and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in).
  3. Install Engine Wiring Harness Nut. (2) Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in).
  4. Install Forward Lamp Wiring Harness Nut. (3) Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in).

  5. Install Battery Positive Cable (2)
  6. Install Battery Positive Cable Terminal Nut. (1) and tighten 12 N.m (106 lb in).

  7. Install Engine Wiring Harness Junction Block Terminal Cover

  9. Connect Battery Negative Cable.Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
