Installation Procedure

Fig 1: Remover Plate, Hydraulic Press, Front Lower Control Arm, Rear Bushing, Pin And Remover Plate

Position the CH-307-B remover plate (4) into the hydraulic press (1).
Position the front lower control arm (6) onto the CH-307-B remover plate (4).
Position suitable plates (5) under the CH-307-B remover plate (4) for reinforcement.
Position the front lower control arm rear bushing (3) onto the front lower control arm (6).
Position a suitable pin (2) on the front lower control arm rear bushing (3)
Install the front lower control arm rear bushing (3) onto the front lower control arm (6). Apply pressure using the hydraulic press.
