Removal Procedure

  1. Fuel Injector Deadener - Refer to Fuel Injector Deadener Replacement 
  2. Remove Auxiliary Heater Inlet and Outlet Hose Clip Nut - [2x]

  3. Reposition Diesel Fuel Separator
  4. Reposition Exhaust Temperature Sensor Bracket
  5. Disconnect Diesel Glow Plug Wiring Harness [4x]

    NOTE:

    Long nose pliers may be helpful in disconnecting the glow plug wiring harness from the glow plugs.

  6. Remove the glow plugs (1) from the cylinder head [4x].
