Installation Procedure

Hand start the glow plugs (1) into the cylinder head [4x].

- Tighten the glow plugs to 11 N.m. (97 lb in).
  CAUTION:
  Refer to Component Fastener Tightening Caution .
Connect Diesel Glow Plug Wiring Harness [4x]

Install Exhaust Temperature Sensor Bracket
Install Auxiliary Heater Inlet and Outlet Hose Clip Nut and tighten 5.5 N.m. (49 lb in)

Install - Refer to Fuel Injector Deadener Replacement
