Windshield Wiper Motor Replacement

Preliminary Procedure

1. Open and support the hood assembly.
2. Remove the windshield wiper arm. Refer to Windshield Wiper Arm Replacement .
3. Remove the plenum upper panel insulator. Refer to Plenum Upper Panel Insulator Replacement .

Procedure

1. Slide the windshield wiper transmission inboard to release the grommet from the dash and cowl panel brace.
2. Disconnect the windshield wiper motor electrical connector.
3. Remove the windshield wiper transmission from the vehicle.
